What we collect

Forms collect the name, description, related app, email (optional for ideas) and website you provide. Only operators can view these private records. Administration uses a site administrator password and time-limited sessions.

Purpose and storage

We use records for evaluation, partnership review and manual follow-up. Data is stored in a hosted database for processing and necessary follow-up. Operators review retention needs. You may request access, correction or deletion. Do not submit passwords or sensitive client records.

Analytics and abuse prevention

We record page paths, source domains or attribution labels, app impressions, sharing, outbound visits and conversions. Form text and emails are excluded from analytics. No advertising cookies are used. Abuse prevention uses daily hashed network identifiers and temporary counters; counters older than a day are cleaned when subsequent requests arrive. Counts are events, not unique visitors.

External apps and your requests

Independent apps have their own policies. The hub does not read their internal customer or business data. For privacy requests, select Other on the idea form and include your reference and verification email.
